I’m pretty sure the ceremony was held in Alberta, and technically the reception was in Saskatchewan, but the bride & groom will have to confirm the details on that! When we drove to the quaint border town of Lloydminster the morning of the wedding, the weather was all rain. As I pulled into the driveway at the bride’s home the sun poked out from behind the clouds and it was clear skies the rest of the day.
Jayden & Stephanie had mentioned that they wanted their wedding to be fun. French fries after the ceremony, the bridesmaids jumping in heels, powder blue socks, the men climbing the background brick wall, good clean tomfoolery, a candy bar, a push-up contest, Grandma cutting a rug on the dance floor, and a choreographed dance to Footloose-I think it’s safe to say fun was had by all!
Steph’s aunts had gone above and beyond to decorate the hall. We made a special stop during the photos so the couple could get a look at all the amazing details and love they had put into the decor.
Steph & Jayden, it was a pleasure to capture your welcoming family, lovely friends and fun wedding day!
